August was a busy month. I was in Atlanta for several weeks. And still trying to get my Halloween sites done before my craft business rush starts. I still have 8 more Halloween sites to complete so I don’t know if I’ll make it
I feel like I have been neglecting this poor little blog pretty badly. I just have been trying to get as much work done as I possibly can before Autumn hits and I start working crazy hours in my craft biz. Hopefully next year, I’ll be making enough from my niche sites than I can cut way back on the craft biz (or stop doing it all together…after 18 years, I’m kind of burnt out).
I have been busy house sitting for a neighbor of a friend so I haven’t been able to do as much online as I normally do. I can use their computer but they have all these parental controls on it which makes it kind of difficult. All the images are blocked. Geez.
Do you ever wonder what the high paying Adsense keywords are? I know I do. I figured they were probably for things I wouldn’t really want to promote like Viagra or divorce lawyers or something. Well I found a link in the Warrior Forum that gives you an alphabetical list of the highest paying keywords.
Monday night, I had my weekly mastermind call with my internet marketing pal. I was telling him how slow things had been in June for actual product sales. I usually make several Amazon and Commission Junction sales a week but so far this month, I had only made one small Amazon sale that made me .39 cents richer. Woo Hoo she says sarcastically. He told me things had been a little slower for him too but not that bad.
I have been a busy bee lately. I did have several orders for my craft biz to fufill which slowed down the website stuff but I still have managed to get some things done.
Yeah, I know I have missed several days but I have a good reason. I have finally gotten rid of the smelly, nasty carpet in my studio/office and have put down wood flooring.

Today was a slow day production wise. Seems like family stuff just kept popping up and I got nothing done in my business. It wasn’t a total wash though. I did come across a cool new tool that I plan to use every day.
